Are prices final or net of VAT?
Prices shown are net of Oman VAT (5%). Invoiced amounts include the standard rate where applicable.
Can I switch from Cloud to On-Prem later?
Yes. We export your full tenant (data + branding + features.json + roles.json) and ship you the Docker compose. The annual on-prem licence applies once you cut over.
Do you charge per board member?
No. The cap is on active members, not invoices. A 100-member federation pays the same OMR 50/month as a 50-member federation.
What is the annual discount?
12 months prepaid earns one month free (effectively 11x monthly). Enterprise and On-Prem are quoted annually by default.
Can I add a second tenant on the same Cloud Pro plan?
No. Each Cloud tenant needs its own Pro subscription. If you run 3+ tenants, Enterprise becomes the better deal.
Is there a setup fee?
Cloud tiers: zero. Custom Domain: zero. On-Prem: a one-time install fee covers hardware sizing, install, training (typically OMR 1,500-3,000 depending on scope).
What payment methods?
Bank transfer in OMR (recommended), Paymob card, or annual purchase order for Enterprise + government.
Refunds?
Cloud is monthly; cancel any time, no refund for the current month. On-Prem licences are annual and non-refundable after install.
