The platform turns board operations, meetings, decisions, action items, eSignatures, document control, into one auditable system. It is deployable as Cloud SaaS at diwan.om, with a custom domain, or fully on-premise inside the customer's data centre. Pricing starts at OMR 50 per month. Live at diwan.om since 25 April 2026.
