Biography
Jana Al Sharji began fencing at the age of nine and is one of Oman's most decorated women fencers, with more than 40 career medals in gold, silver and bronze across national, Gulf, Arab and Asian competitions. She captured cadet women's épée gold at the inaugural GCC Youth Games in the UAE in 2024 and was part of the Oman cadet women's épée team that won the country's first-ever bronze medal at the 2025 Asian Junior & Cadet Fencing Championships in Kuwait. At AWST 2026 in Sharjah she helped Salalah Club win team gold in both épée and foil.
